My home sold in four days and she followed through with ever detail. Selling a home is stressful, as anyone knows, however, Lisa took all of that away. From assessment, to staging, cleaning, and even having our entire interior painted - Lisa had an idea, a recommendation, and a solution. They were honest and professional, always looking to help bring value to their clients. We had several unique situations during the sale that Nick helped us with: no credit score, slow to respond listing agent, and an interesting title company. Dawn Madrid was an amazing Realtor. She helped me with every detail that I was looking for in my forever home. I was relocating from Costa Rica back to Texas. And needed her to be my eyes and ears. She was extremely honest about every detail in the house. She was not just trying to “Sell Me”. And make a quick buck. She treated it as if it were her hard earned money being invested. She helped me find a loan officer that also helped me a ton. This was my first Home purchase. And I had no idea what I was doing. She was very patient in explaining what everything meant. Plus after my purchase went through. She continued to help me with questions about things I needed to do. She also set you up on a program/ app that she pays for out of her pocket for all of her clients. That sends you monthly updates about your property/area and value. I cant say enough good things about Nick Boland and Texas Home Shop Realty. My listing was delayed due to winter storm repairs and he checked in regularly to see how things were going. The professional photography made me want to buy my house all over again.
