Tamika Lee....I only have good things to say about her. She was great with communication, punctual and very attentive to our needs. She listened to our wants and concerns and found houses that fit. Her hard work paid off! The journey was bumpy, in that we found multiple houses, contracted, but found things that didnt work out. In the end, the home we bought was just right! Tamika does an excellent job all around. I am grateful we had her as our realtor. Thank you so much, Tamika!

I met Tamika Lee through a friend. I was down and out about Kb Homes. I was supposed to had build a home within a year. I had a meeting with Kb Homes to resolve the APR issue that I wasnt locked in and Tamika Lee showed up and brought me Hope asked the questions that I didnt know what to ask and she lead the way too victory. We started together I believe around June 19th and Closed on my home July 12,2023. The angel that was sent from heaven Tamika Lee .Very smart and knowledgeable taught me a lot about escrow homeowners insurance all of the above. Tamika Lee performance is outstanding the way she handled KB home agent and asked those questions I knew she had my back. She asked me to trust in her process and we did and she pull us to victory. It was important that my realtor understood that I wanted to move once. Sell a home and purchase all at once.Tamika knew just the type of neighborhood, amenities and price point needed for me in selection of a home. A home sells itself or not. She did not try to sell she just informed.The sell and purchase were flawless. We listed late on Thursday and showing started Friday morning. By Sunday evening there had been over 27 showings and Monday morning there were 7 offers. There was even a waiting list of people after I picked an offer.
