Tanya was so professional and well organized and provided a weekly checklist of upcoming task we would come across. She also sent us referrals on home insurances and inspectors. Tanya helped us buy a house and sell our house. We met Tanya during an open house she was doing. This was the first time I was buying a home and my husbands third time buying a house. We left our email on her list and waited to see if she would follow-up with us. She did. She sent a thank you card and also sent us an email thanking us for stopping in.From the start Tanya was tentative to all our needs, wants, price range and desires. She spent the better part of two months house hunting for us. She only sent houses she felt best suited our entire family. She was available via text, phone calls and emails. We never waited long for responses to questions. We finally found our dream house and we are all in love with it. We signed and moved in within 35 days. Tanya was with us every step of the way. Even calming my nerves when needed at closing.When it came to selling our home, again the Tanya magic happened. She gave us the to do list to make it sell, suggested a price to list it and within 18 hours we had a lot of offers. Again Tanya knew what we needed and wanted and she negotiated the best deal with the buyers we wanted. We had solar panels we needed to move and she worked it out to get them to moved, reinstalled and paid for all out of our closing.
