    I’ll start with a back story. I was on my way to to deploy overseas and 2 hrs before I take off I find out the person I I trusted with making the mortgage payment was not making them. Fast forward to when I came back I had no way of catching up and I was not planning on staying there since my life had changed drastically (divorce). I was introduced to Caycey Stone through mutual acquaintances. I got in touch with him and he walked me through the process and how he would be able to help. I’m military so I traveled a lot and he was still able to help me even when I was not able to be there in person. This is still something I talk to people about to this day and am very grateful for. If you ever needed someone to take care of property that you need to sell or whatever your situation maybe, I wouldn’t hesitate to talk with him and his team. I can not say enough good things about him or what he is doing and accomplishing. I know when it comes to your security that the world is filled with a plethora of scams that it can feel like it’s too good to be true. But I can tell you that this isn’t one of those times and that he will take care of you. Being veteran owned, my interactions with him showed me that he took the values instilled in us in the military to heart and uses them in his business. I would recommend him to anyone looking at getting out from under the financial burden of property that life has put on them or just looking to move on from whatever your situation may be. For me it was the best decision I ever made.

    Morales and Stone is a great organization. When I needed someone who was not going to rip me off and help me get through the sell of my family home they were the answer I needed. I had reviewed their information online and read their reviews and I was very pleased. I had been receiving phone calls for the last 5 years about selling, but I was not interested in allowing strangers looking to make a quick buy. Cayce was awesome and we worked through the details and he kept me abreast of everything. Im very pleased with the sell of my parents home and I have no nagging feeling, Im happy.

    Stone Property Buyer literally was a blessing I never expected. Me and my wife purchased our first house two years ago and literally during Covid found out her mother had Stage 4 cancer. Maintaining the bills became impossible so we decided it be best to sell the house. We were contacted buy numerous of homebuyers for whatever reason could not help us. I was stressed and scared my house would go into foreclosure. I found Stone Property Buyers on Google and spoke to Cayce and honestly thought he wouldnt really be able to help. Not only did he help us with our home situation he was able to put money in our pocket which I thought was impossible due to how late our mortgage payments were. I am forever grateful for this company and then giving me and my wife a fresh start to get back on track with life!

    Oh my goodness, I have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say! Cayce and Michelle saved me and my childs future ❤️I am a young mom and I was in a horrible position. I found them when I was 9 months pregnant. I hadnt been able to work in 3 months due to medical complications. I was due in 2 weeks about to lose my home and have to foreclose. I couldnt afford to move my home or pay the mortgage. I was cornered and had no where to go. I was scared about my credit being destroyed and losing my home at only 24.But Stone Property Buyers saved me! We closed the sale in less than a month! (That is quicker than I have ever heard of!) They helped me get caught up on the mortgage, and they were always so kind and communicative. I am extremely young for a home owner so I had SOOOO many questions, but they always got back to me and made it so easy! They did everything for me and all I had to do was sign the papers. They worked so well with me, as I had vacated the property but had another even younger mother living on the property. They allowed her to stay until she was ready to go.     We sold our property from our couch. There were no last minute amendments to worry about and when we incurred additional expenses, they did not hesitate to add over $1000 to the sale to cover them.Closing fast was important for us, especially since we were dealing with growing interest on property taxes. We closed in less than 2 months, and thats including convincing my husband that our asking price wasnt going to dwindle within the pages of weird paperwork.     Ive had a very pleasant and productive interaction over the phone with one of the reps Caysey. I found and dialed the number from eNet and got disconnected while ringing. Right away I got a call back...from Stone Property Buyers asking how he can help.I was sceptic at the begining, but I shared my troubles regarding morgadge issues and Casey looked things up for me online and gave me an advice where to call and what to say.I did as I was advised and things were resolved for me in a best interest and I honestly wasnt expecting such fast resolution.I was very stressed... and now I am calm. Casey shared real concern about my issue, for which he wasnt obliged to do, because I wasnt retaining their services legally ...but seems he had my best interest at heart and he was there to help.Few days later he checked on me wanting to know if my issue was resolved. I was really surprised..It would seem that there are good honest people at Stone Property Buyers, Inc. and are always ready to help...!I will definately search for their services again whenever I need to.

I could tell they put a lot of genuine work into their clients, and their properties.Cayce spent hours answering my questions (even over the holidays), and delegated between title companies, district appraisal and myself to ensure we were all on the same page (I work and live in Colorado, the property in Texas).     I want to first start by saying I rarely get online to give reviews good or bad. This is going to be kind of a long review because Morales &Stone need to be recognized for what they do. For being honest. HONEST!!!!! So here is my story.But I had to get on here and give a 5 start review to Morales & Stone Inc. I was going through a very scary situation of almost losing my home through foreclosure. I wont bore you with all the details of that but it was scary and I was desperate. I mean DESEPERATE for help!!! Any info I could get that would help me get the foreclosure stopped. But I was also scared of being scammed by someone. I was getting all kinds of letters in the mail from lawyers offices emails. Then I got a phone call from Cayce at Morales and Stone. Ill be honest I almost didnt answer but something told me to and I am so thankful I did. Cayce explained who he was but he never went into that car salesman try to sell you anything. The first thing he did was say can I just ask what your situation is? And Im still kind of leery but I go ahead and tell him my story of what was going on. Let me tell you he listened to me ramble on and never interrupted me or stopped me. When I was finish he gave me advice and sone steps I could take on my own that might help resolve my situation. He never once brought up money or anything like that. He gave me advice and was compassionate which was what I was really needing. He never once seemed like a salesman. To me he was a person that genuinely wants to help people stay in their homes. To help people get the best outcome possible. That is EXACTLY what he did for me. Cayce you ROCK!!!     Yes Stone property was in a way God sent as this was my wife and I first house and we had a good stretch of bad luck and could not get it turned back around and get back on track untill cayce and his crew step in and not only helped us out with funds way before we even signed any contract between us to be able to help us move forward in helping us move our stuff to storage unit but it didnt stop there he went the extra mile when we found a RV that was within price range but not enough time so to say he once again came forward and sent us the money to go the next day and purchase the said RV and in doing so gave us our new home to be in instead of being in the streets fighting to find somewhere to go as when it started we had NO money to our name at all so from the bottom of mine and my wifes heart thank you and GOD bless you sir
