She listened and asked questions so that she could tailor the home searches to fit our needs. She was instrumental in insuring that the purchase of our new home went smoothly. She went out of her way more than once to FaceTime us during the search and purchase process so that we were there every step of the way during the times we could not physically be there. The buying process and follow up on some items that needed repair after purchasing our new home was outstanding. Being new to the area we did not have access to repair people that could address some items found during the inspection. She gave us recommendations and arranged those repairs for us after we had purchased the home. She is super committed to her job and her clients!! 5-Stars!! He followed up frequently to make sure things were moving along with the repairs.Since then, Justin has checked in from time to time to make sure we are doing well and to see if theres anything he can help with. And believe me when I tell you hes not just making empty promises to help! We recently had an issue with our HOA - they never transferred the property to our names and we started receiving letters addressed to the previous owner for overdue HOA dues and penalties.
