We found our Texas dream home and sold our current (at the time) home with Stephanie Simmons Realty. Stephanie and Kristi helped us navigate the complicated process of buying an older home on acreage that needed re-surveyed and platted...They managed our expectations when things got a little delayed. Stephanie even sold our house so we could lock in the property we wanted to buy on the FIRST SHOWING at full ask! This may sound common-place in the recent market, but the exact same house 4 doors down has YET to sell and its been on the market for 6 months. 3 other houses in the neighborhood are still on the market now, a month later. We listed right in the midst of rates going up again. Sales were slowing drastically according to news reports and evidence in our own neighborhood. There were several houses in our neighborhood for sale. There were new developments with the same floorplans going up all around us. We felt like we may end up sitting on our house for months, and there was major risk of missing out on the home we loved. The quick sale is a testament to their buyer market access, pricing guidance, and staging advice. And, we still made plenty of money on the sale. They knew what to do to satisfy our contingency so we didnt miss out on this opportunity. Our experience with Stephanie and her agency was great! They were easy to communicate with via email, text, and phone when necessary. Someone was always available... I have NO complaints at all. Since I dont plan on moving from our new place, I hopefully wont need them for buying a home for myself again, but I guarantee you I would use them for investment property. At the very least, Id recommend them to anyone looking for an agent to buy or sell :)
