Not because they can find you just the house youve always wanted - although they can. And not because they can help you get top dollar for your home when youre ready to sell, even in a challenging real estate market - although they can do that, too. Its because they arent just realtors and they arent trying to sell you something.They come loaded with information and take a consultative approach. And on top of all of that, they care. I was very impressed with the initial presentation when I was interviewing realtors. Kevin was very calm and introduced himself, his team, and how they would market my home. I liked that Robyn, his wife, did staging and worked for the buyer while Kevin worked for the seller. He was very knowledgeable about homes for sale or had sold in my area and east side of town. He also looked at my home and improvements with expertise about the quality. I had decided to use him even before I interviewed the third realtor.Working with Kevin and Robyn was a total pleasure. They told me what to do, and I followed their guidance. I believe that is why my home sold quickly, and the selling process was so easy. They both were very respectful of my feelings as well as of my property. I loved them both.My house sold quickly, and I was kept informed during the entire process. It was handled efficiently especially as I had never been through this process by myself and needed total guidance. Any time I had a question, it was answered within a very short time by Lena from the office or Kevin. It made me feel quite protected. This entire team worked great on my behalf. I thoroughly enjoyed each of them.Lena was a blessing for me. She answered emails and texts in a very timely manner. She also called or returned calls quickly. Kevin and his team did a tremendous job in selling our home! The effort they provided in advertising our home was incredible! At first my wife and I were skeptical in seeing our house in Horizon City being sold due to past experiences and the market not being strong enough in that area. On top of that, living in Dallas, TX made it harder to be involved in the sale. So when we gave our home to the hands of Kevin Cooper, he took it by storm and did the impossible, in our view, and sold it!! We are truly grateful for having Kevin as our real state agent and cannot thank him and his team enough for their efforts in getting our home sold. They truly are the best in El Paso!! Three words - FAST, FRIENDLY, and FAST. Yes, I saw what I did there. We had been working with another realtor to sell our home and over a two month period, they got almost zero accomplished. This was very concerning as we were in a time crunch because at this point we were 30 days away from moving into our new custom home. Needless to say, we cut them loose after my wife found Kevin. He was FAST and got to work right away. And unlike our previous realtor, he was super FRIENDLY and helpful. As obvious as it sounds, but very relevant to our situation, the best thing Kevin did for us to help us get our home sold was - finding a buyer! I cannot tell you what a relief we felt when the house was sold. It was done FAST, in a short few days of listing, and it was just in the nick of time.
