Working with Azim was great. I needed to sell a condo fast, and needed to do it being out of town. I had a single visit with Azim to show him the place and give him the keys. He guided me through the final few things I needed to get done. He put it on the market and got a full cash offer the first day! The buyer asked that the drier (which didnt work) be removed before the sale. He had a guy come remove it for me, free of cost and without me even asking for him to do it. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Azim is an outstanding realtor, who knows what he is doing. He is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. I was able to make critical decision in a location I had zero knowledge just because of him. When it comes to making an offer, he has exceptional negotiation skill. He filtered out many properties that I would find on Redfin and helped focus our search on the best properties from an investment perspective.
