Shari sold our waterfront house in Galveston. She is not one of those “stick a sign in the front, put on MLS and see what happens” kind of Realtor. She is hyper proactive. First, she paid for a staging consultant who toured our recently remodeled and gave us suggestions to declutter. That done, she paid for a professional photographer who along with his drone developed a splendid video and sent it to her extensive network of YouTube buyers to reach anyone who might be interested. Results were a cash contract in seven days at top dollar. Throughout it all, she was merely a phone call/text away. She’s a state of the art, master marketeer.
