He was very honest about the problems with the house, noting what I already knew but not trying to add problems that didnt exist. These gentleman were absolutely amazing. Having never sold a home I was nervous about all the steps. These guys walked my family through the process start to finish.When H Town Home Buyers first called several months ago I was interested but needed to do some work on the home first. For many people they lose interest with you. These guys checked in every few weeks to see how things were going. I liked that. Sometimes I would call them and give them a status update as well. Every time I call they answered. For several months we did this and no complaints about me not signing the dotted line.Finally the day came to show off my home. I got the original offer plus more to cover the HUD Lean I didn’t know about. These guys covered everything. All the cost associated with the sale they paid them all. I didn’t even have to go up their office to sign papers a mobile notary came to me.Long story made short. This is a small local company, two young men own it.
