Fantastic experience. I had renters in the house, that I had trouble getting out, they weren’t paying and they trashed the spot. MRE helped find another place for the renters, which was super nice of them. Paid for their moving expenses. Then gave me the highest cash offer I got.Don’t waste your time talking to the other companies, they out bid everyone, and they’re real buyers not middle people. Moe was great and Tara was great as well. Their whole team made this happen super fast, and they got me the money and closed within 2 weeks just like they promised.

If you need to sell your house fast you have to call these guys. Our house was really run down and we didn’t have the money to fix it up to sell with a realtor, but these guys gave us a fair cash offer and took the house as is. MRE Home Buyer has been a blessing to our family. My mother wanted to sell her home at 911 N Weatherford in Midland Tx and the day that she was to sign she passed away. Mothers home was very run down and I couldnt afford to fix it. My brothers and I went ahead with the sale and Moe was so helpful. He went above and beyond with making sure everything went well. What stood out the most for me, was the fact that he also cared about my brothers and I well being. He would spend hours listening to my concerns and issues, while helping where he could. I couldnt have asked for anything more. He followed through to the very end. Im so thankful mother was able to meet him before passing and he made the transition so easy. I just closed with mre yesterday. When I was caught off guard by the speed of it all, and my housing plan for post sale fell through, they were gracious enough to give me an extra day to get moved out because my new apartment wouldnt let me move in til I sent them current shot records for my 2 pets.They gave me almost 2x what the other folks that looked at my house offered, and they made everything quick and easy. Definitely would recommend.

ATTENTION home sellers or buyers,Moe was great to work with .He made selling my child hood home easy on me.I owned my home .I had inherited it .It needed A LOT of work .When he came to my home to give me an offer .He didnt make me feel bad about my situation .Or that my home was beyond repair .He was very attentive in answering all of my questions day or night .He upheld the entire contract agreement from start to finish .He explained the process both verbally and on paper .Before during and after .So there was no secrets or scams . Before I met Moe .I had another investor have me sign a contract and the day before we were supposed to close .They backed out of the contract .I was so upset .Moe was up front and basically fixed what t prior investor had failed to do .For this I am very grateful and thankful I went with him on the sale of my home .He went above and beyond .I highly recommend that if you are in a situation like mine or not .He is definitely the way to go .I am finally at peace now and can go on living my life .In a healthy honorable manor .You will not be disappointed .Thank you ,Leah R Parker
