My husband and I have purchased and sold multiple houses over the years and in many different states. Our buying experience with Donna Scoggins was by far our best. Number 1. Donna listened to our needs. She was diligent in carving out time for us and in steering us towards neighborhoods we hadn’t considered before. 2. She was detail oriented, she coordinated with the realtor selling our old home back in NC. She paid attention to every red flag and kept us absolutely protected. 3. She was our advocate and cheerleader and has stayed in touch with us well beyond the purchase of our home. If I could give Donna 100 stars, I would.Having realtors represent me in the past who basically were sleep-walking through the process or who half-heartedly represented my interests, Donna was there 1000% from start to finish.Residential real estate is a minefield full of grifters, poseurs and fly-by-night operations that unfortunately create a lot of risk for the buyer/seller. This not having been my first rode buying or selling a house, I was looking for an experienced realtor who would go to bat for me and stand up for my interests. Donna absolutely did that and then some.I made some unusual (but fair) requests and Donna accommodated my wishes but made sure to advise me what best practices were in every situation. In the end, with her experience and hard work, everything proceeded smoothly with a brilliant closing.I cannot recommend her enough for any real estate transactions in the Lampasas area.
