I contacted Mark approximately 2 months ago when I saw his ad. Something about it made me feel like he was the one. After the initial call I knew then he was placed in my path to help me throughout my journey of house hunting. Within days he set me up to receive MLS searches and on the very first email listing of 21 properties I actually found the house I was looking for. He has exhausted all remedies to assist me in every possible way as I was not in the States at the time. He worked around the time zone difference and always kept in touch with me to even include when he was on a family vacation.Mark has shown to be trustworthy, patient and very humble. I have completely enjoyed working with him throughout my home buying process. I closed on the home today and he made it a point to be there for me and was so kind as to bring me many house warming gifts. What a wonderful man! What a great and knowledgeable agent. Completely took the stress out of moving, but we were able to still get the house we wanted because of the quick completion time.Mark was lovely and kept me up to date throughout the process. Highly recommend! Great customer service and stays on top of things! Mark really went above and beyond to help us find a home! He showed us lots of homes while we were visiting San Antonio one weekend. Unfortunately, we didn’t find the right home that weekend so he went to the homes we were interested in and FaceTimed me so we could see what the homes looked like. We ended up in his hands because two other San Antonio based realtors dropped the ball and weren’t available when we needed them. Mark rearranged his whole week to be available for us at the drop of a hat. Mark’s superb communication skills are what really sets him above all the rest. We relocated to Texas from WA state and were living and traveling across the country during the entire transaction minus one week we spent in Texas looking at houses with Mark but we had no stress during the whole buying process because Mark was here taking care of everything and communicating every detail to us. He went above and beyond to make things happen in Texas while we closed on our house in Washington.
