    Samantha is the best realtor we have ever worked with! We had tried to sell our home twice before with another, highly sought after realtor who never brought in a single offer. We decided to go another route this spring and hired Samantha who also came highly recommended. We listed our home on a Friday and had FOUR competing above-asking offers by the following Wednesday! She went above and beyond to help us every step of the way and was a real pleasure to work with. I can not recommend Samantha enough!

    Samantha is a professional and eloquent realtor with excellent communication skills who knows the market and what it takes to get your property sold! I truly can not say enough about Samantha! She went over and above in helping us sell our University of UT condo while we were hundreds of miles away. She took a personal interests in making sure things were perfect prior to listing! It wasn’t an ideal situation for us living in another city, but Samantha handled everything to helping us get repairs done prior to listing and staging so our photos were gorgeous! We had an offer in three days and sold above asking with a cash offer! Samantha became family through this process!! I just can’t say enough good things about Samantha! She’s truly extraordinary and an exceptional person and realtor and now friend ❤️

    Samantha was a great realtor from start to finish. She was extremely helpful in explaining any of the questions that my wife and I had in the process of buying our first home. She went above and beyond by doing anything in her power to ensure that we got the home that we wanted. I would highly recommend Samantha to anyone that is looking for a home in the Austin area.     First of all, Samantha is AWESOME! We had more than a few hiccups without her help when we started trying to purchase a home in January of 2020. By November of 2020 we knew we needed somebody who is connected in the real estate market and driven to win. By December 11th, 2020 we moved into our first home at an unbeatable price and rate. Samantha took care of EVERYTHING for us. I cannot recommend her enough, you are in good hands with Samantha!

    This review is long overdue. Samantha is a FANTASTIC realtor and we highly recommend her for buying and selling as weve used her for both!We sold our home in Lakeway with her in 2022 and she did an incredible job! We were about to have a baby at the time and she was an immense help taking a lot of the stress out of the whole process. She hired a fantastic stager and personally helped us complete some necessary touch ups prior to getting pictures taken and listing the home on the market. She was realistic with us about our pricing options and listing strategies, so we always felt like our expectations were managed appropriately. She was able to easily adapt when a neighbor put their house on the market right before us and our house still ended up selling for well over list price. She managed the due diligence process for us with the buyers exceptionally well, advocating for us so we never felt taken advantage of or that we were over compromising. She also kept in close contact with the buyers agent on their financing to make sure everything stayed on track for closing. Overall, she made the whole selling process as seamless as possible and we were so pleased to have her by our side.We also purchased a home with her in New Braunfels in 2022 and she was also very helpful throughout. We were originally under contract on a different new build, but it kept getting delayed due to labor and supply shortages. We found another home and the builder was offering some great discounts that were about to expire, so Samantha helped us move quickly to secure the home and cancel our other contract. She also went to bat for us when the builder tried to add an extra $8k to our purchase price claiming their website had an error and showed the wrong price. She came to the walk through and helped us blue tape the whole place, as well as addressed some issues from the inspection with the builder. Again, overall, she made the process as smooth as possible, especially since we had a new baby.We really enjoyed both of our experiences working with Samantha. She is an incredible person who is willing to help out wherever is needed and navigates her business with integrity. Highly recommend her!!
