They took great care to fully understand our situation before just dumping our house into the market!Laura was quite creative and systematic in here approach and methods of marketing. Given a difficult and declining sellers market, she made quick adjustments and made quick work of our home sale! She kept us informed of each step and moved along the way. She was most helpful and made herself available at any time. It felt more personal than just an everyday transaction! I would highly recommend this team!!!

Boy did we choose right, they were patient, knowledgeable & kind. They took the time to show us all around town when we came to see the home in person we had under contract (the first time they FaceTimed us). They have become great friends, especially after we spent another weekend putting a second property under contract, the first didn’t work out. Did I mention they are patient? If you’re on the fence about a realtor choose THE STAVES @SALTWATER SHORES they are quite the package. You get double time, and some great friends!P.S. We fell in love with the island.
