Sally & I started working together in 2014. I was looking for an affordable home/condo in the Memorial district. Within 2 weeks & looking at at least 6 different condos, I found the one that fit my family & budget. We made an offer. Due to Sally’s unrelenting work ethic & negotiating skills, an amount was agreed on & we had a wonderful new home. After all was signed & the keys were in our hands, I found a beautiful “welcome to your new home” gift to us from Sally.Then in 2016, Sally took on an even bigger challenge. Two weeks before school was to start, my daughter decided to transfer to Stratford. Within 3 days, Sally found 4 houses for us to look. All being very suitable, my kids & I found our dream home. We made an offer. Sally went to work scheduling all the inspectors & completing all other tasks. At the end of the week, she had negotiated an amazing deal & we were in our home before the end of Labor Day. This time Sally blessed my children & I with another incredibly generous “New Home” gift.
