It was a pleasure to work with such a thoughtful and considerate realtor. Sal was so helpful in guiding us through the sale of our mothers home. Because of his knowledge and experience we were able to negotiate and sale the home for well over the listed price. Sal provided us with excellent advice when the buyers realtor asked for multiple extensions for a closing date. His advice allowed us to be flexible with the buyers request, yet made it clear to them regarding a set closing date.I highly recommend Sal to anyone who wants a fair, honest and professional realtor who works in the best interests for his clients.

The first time my wife and I worked with Sal is when he helped us buy our first home in 2013. Since then, he’s represented us in 7-8 additional real estate transactions, and we have plans to do more.Our experience has been nothing less than magnificent. No words that I type here could possibly do justice describing how incredibly fortunate we are to be clients of Sal Soriano.Time and time again, and still to this day, he continues to surprise us by displaying his level of honesty, competence, knowledge, attention to detail, integrity, flexibility, level of excellent service, work ethic, moral integrity, guidance, patience, willingness to share his knowledge, ease do to business with, etc. There are too many examples to post here.He’s proven he can do it all. We started out as retail home buyers. He did a phenomenal job. We have made investment property purchases with him. Again, phenomenal. We’ve sold houses with Sal’s representation.
