Sam is an excellent agent. He was thorough, professional, and great to work with. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand the whole process. He helped us though setting the asking price, staging the home, having the open house, reviewing our offers, negotiating multiple potential offers, to our free leaseback. Sam was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, he really understood our needs. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to always answer any of our questions even when he was on his cruise vacation. I had absolutely best experience with Sam. While showing properties he guided us what are the areas of concern, what details we need to look for and he never pushed or forced us to like any property.
