Steven came to me after a really bad experience with another offer I had so I was very nervous and not trusting but for some reason I did trust Steven and he did not let me down. He communicated with me every step of the way even on his vacation during the holidays all the way to end. He is honest and very trustworthy. I would recommend Steven to anyone looking to sell your home.

I met Mr Steven Loud back in August 2022 when I was at wits end with my mortgage company! They was not budging or trying to help me! So I literally had no idea what to do about my home situation! But Steven rang my doorbell and answering it was the best decision ever!! He stepped in and gave me information I never knew was available! By the end of our visit I actually felt like I had some hope and direction!!! He set me up with an awesome realtor and got the ball rolling! I was able to get a buyer and sold my home in October!! I feel like Steven was heaven sent! I would definitely recommend and refer him to anyone in danger of losing their home or being messed over by their mortgage company!!Thank you Steven😇
