Honest, knowledgeable, truthful, trustworthy Real Estate professional!! Robert is the epitome of a RE professional. We had the BEST experience selling our home with Robert. In fact, I’m not sure it would have ever sold without him. We have sold many homes in many states and bar none Robert has been the most knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy advisor of all. He takes his job very seriously. He comes equipped with knowledge of the market and provides great insight in how to successfully sell/buy a home. So Robert and I met on a complete fluke.At the time, I was already working with a realtor albeit lightly, and I was also searching for a martial arts dojo to start boxing/ MMA training.I found a location and made a phone call, which instead of going to the dojo, went to Robert. Happily playing along with my mistake, he finally revealed about 10 minutes into the conversation that he was a realtor and NOT the dojo.Around 9 months later, I purchased my first house with him.What can I say about Robert? The man will stick with you thick and thin to ensure you find the right home for you and your family. We put in offers on several homes that did not pan out, we looked at many more, and everytime Robert went the extra mile. Once he gets a feel for what you’re interested in (make sure you are clear about that), then he WANTS to help his clients. He WANTS to make sure that you are happy with every avenue that goes into buying a home. Unsolicited advice is constantly being given but it is always to make the client comfortable and understand the value and importance of both the search and purchase process.I have been privileged to call Robert Wink my realtor and friend. Once youve met Robert Wink, youll meet a new friend. I got out of the military in 2014. I knew Robert Wink through a mutual friend of mine and met him in Washington D.C. in 2016. Our common interest was owning businesses and growing them. We continued to communicate about business weekly. Robert told me that he had his Realtor License and I told him I was in the market for a new home in 2022.I live in Virginia and he lives in Texas and I was curious if he could sell me a home in Virginia. He told me he could not, but could do the research of private home builders and community develop homes (new construction). He researched multiple areas and then I told him I was ready to pull the trigger and purchase my new home. That is when he recommended a few realtors within the area. That I should hold interviews and see who would advocate on my behalf. Being a new build, the contract is usually already written by the builder/developer. He wanted to make sure that I was not going with a Realtor that was collecting a check.I would like to highlight Robertss plethora of knowledge of real estate. He has integrity, is an effective communicator, good listener, and understands the needs of families looking to purchase/sell their homes. In addition, he has helped his clients move in after closing, he connects his clients with business leaders, and even provides drone services. He does it all. Robert has your familys best interest. Roberts believes in relationships, not transactions. I highly recommend Robert regardless if you are in the state of Texas or outside. He will look out for your best interest.

Robert has been an awesome resource during our house hunting process. He took the time to get to know my husband and I as people and tailored the listings he sent us to our wishlist while taking the time to further hone his recommendations as he got to know us better. He was incredibly responsive throughout the whole process, and if he didnt know the answer to one of our questions, he would do research and reach out to other contacts until he was able to provide a satisfactory answer.
