Robert Ott is a fantastic realtor, if you’re looking for a highly professional and ethical realtor in San Antonio Texas I can’t recommend Robert enough! My first impression with Robert was that I could tell he was an honest hard-working man that I could trust to help my wife and I search for a home especially as a first-time buyer. He was a huge help in guiding us which led us to finding a home we love! (A side story, one day before going out to tour home listings our car battery had died, and we called Robert to let him know we were going to be running late while we figure out a solution and he came over to our place and gave us a jump start which we are so grateful for!) We couldn’t be happier and if Robert is still working in the area in the future will 100% pick him again!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Robert for our first time home buying experience. The process through working with him, was made simple and efficient! He had excellent responsiveness and guided us through every step. We never felt any pressure when looking at homes. In fact, we put two offers in on separate homes and they both fell through, looking back it was probably for the best. Robert stayed upbeat through it all, gave both professional and personal guidance when asked, and if he didnt have an immediate answer for us, he would get back to us within a couple of hours if not minutes. For first time home buying and working with a realtor, I cant say enough good things!

My first home buying experience was so wonderful thanks to Robert! I was nervous that I was way in over my head, but he took the time to explain the whole process to me and made me feel so comfortable. He was always in contact with me and quick to respond. He really understood my wants and needs in a home and sent me plenty of listings to choose from on a daily basis, and scheduled showings in a timely manner. Once I found the home I wanted, he really fought to get me the deal we both thought was fair. He made the closing process stress free for me and even after the sale he was quick to help me out with a repair issue. Whether you are looking to sell, or if you’re a millennial like me that is ready to take that step forward, Robert will take amazing care of you!
