I called Mr. Moreno about a property he was selling for a client of his. However, there were some things in that property that didn’t meet my knees. Upon learning this, Mr. Moreno offered to assist me in locating a home that met my needs. The experience was very easy due to Mr. Moreno’s extensive knowledge of the San Antonio area. I could not physically be there to view the homes, but Mr. Moreno accommodated me by allowing one of my friends in the area to travel with him and view the homes while I viewed via video chat. I appreciate the thorough inspection of any property I had interest in. If there were discrepancies or concerns, he would bring that to my attention immediately. The process was very easy and not stressful at all. His communication and customer service skills are above and beyond and I highly recommend working with this agent. He has been with me through the whole process and is still available, though the home has been purchased, paid for, and the process has been completed. He follows you from beginning to end and make sure that you are aware of all of the services that are available to you in San Antonio. I have had other agents offer to take me as a client and their aggressiveness was a turn off. Mr. Moreno pleasant approach to offering assistance was a win-win for me. I could not ask for a better agent or for better service than I have received. Mr. Moreno helped me find a home that has provided every single thing I have asked for. Amazing!
