Rick Brooks is an outstanding Realtor. He helped my family and I sell our condo and find our dream home! He was very thorough when talking with my family and I about what we desired as far as the area, schools, location to work and the style of house we wanted! With his expertise in knowing the Dallas and Dfw area he found us the absolute PERFECT HOME! He was exceptional at closing both our condo and the new home in a 21 day period!!! He made the entire process very smooth for us. He was extremely knowledgeable with all of our questions and concerns. Rick was always accessible, prompt, and always found the right solution for any obstacles we faced. Without a doubt I will use him for all future sales and purchases and I highly recommend Rick.
