Even with the sale, it was going to take an extra two months than normal to close he was there step by step, and kept us posted with ever update. This was our first time ever selling. They got us above market value for our house and it was on the market less than a week. With our current home he helped us with the custom home building process and was able to get the builder to throw in some incentives for upgrades.
