Jan has worked with us on three occasions, two buying and one selling. She has been wonderful each time! Jan is very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. She will be assisting us again soon on another sale and it is comforting to know she will be taking care of us through what can be a very stressful process! Jan helped us find a home this spring. We moved from the Fort Worth area and knew nothing about Tyler neighborhoods. Jan is knowledgeable about Tyler and the ins and outs of the real estate business. Our best interests were her priority--she listened and helped us narrow down the type of home we wanted and needed, and steered us away when she saw red flags. She got us through a rough patch, and we wound up with the house and neighborhood that was the best for us. We would recommend Jan to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home.

I honestly could not have asked for a better Realtor than Jan Love. To say that she worked tirelessly for me, does not do justice in describing the relationship I had with her. She went the mile with me, and then she went the extra mile, and I would even say the THIRD mile, in so many, many ways.Let me give you just one example: Jan nudged me more than once, to go ahead and pay the price to have a real roofer check out the roof (of the house I ended up buying), which I was NOT inclined to do. I had put too much faith in the buyer’s inspection report that said that things were fine. Guess what? I was WRONG and she was RIGHT! My gosh! Am I GLAD she did. She was SO on target!Jan was so good to check back and forth with me, week in and week out. I cannot believe the time and the many miles she must have put on her car for me. EVERY detail was attended to with precision. Believe me, with me being a little stubborn headed, Jan MORE than earned her commission. I am SO very thankful to have had her on my side. I will forever be grateful to Jan for her service in helping me to purchase the house of my dreams!

No question, Jan is the most professional real estate agent I have dealt with in the last 10 years. She is extremely knowledgeable of the area and can handle any extracurricular you throw her way. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone needing an agent in the Tyler area. Five stars and two thumbs up!

Jerry Terry went above and beyond any realtor Ive ever worked with. We really enjoyed working with him. We went all over East Texas looking for the perfect house for our family and he found it for us and we thank him for it from the bottom of our hearts. Totally impressed with Jans level of attention to detail, strategic thinking, and follow-up. I am a REALTOR from out-of-state, and I can tell you there is a BIG difference in professionalism, experience, and listening skills.
