I have had amazing experiences with the RE/MAX Professionals: The Burks Team! :) I use Victoria as my realtor and she is incredible! She helped me buy my first house, and even though I was a newbie she made me feel like I was important and worth her time. She was very patient and so knowledgeable about real estate. Victoria is an exceptional realtor that is hard working, detail oriented, professional, and trustworthy. I truly cant say enough wonderful things about her! I wouldnt use anyone else!And the Burks Team really looks out for their clients! They are so intentional to follow up and make sure that you have an incredible experience even after you buy your house! They give you a welcome package for your new home, and call you a couple weeks after you close to check on how you are doing! They have a complimentary moving van that is available to all of their customers, so it makes moving so much less stressful! And they are available anytime to call if you ever have questions! They are awesome! :) I recommend them to anyone!

They only had great things to say about him.Recently, my wife and I have been looking for a personnel house and for an investment property. Matt has been unbelievable in assisting us for both purchases, walking us through the process, explaining the prices and what we should or should not do. And every time, he has been right.We just purchased our first investment property with the Burks team. Matt has been great...found us a home in our budget. After that, the real magic of the Burks team showed even further. After exploring Tyler, my husband and I decided we wanted to move here from the DFW area. We had been in our home for 27 years, so deciding to move was a very big deal for us!After reading Matt Cornelius and the Burks Teams reviews online, we decided to give Matt a call. He spent a lot of time patiently answering all of our questions and invited us to his office for a mini class that he called Tyler 101. This was a great introduction to Tyler!Matts information and expertise were invaluable. He listened closely to what we were looking for in a home and lifestyle and asked insightful questions that helped him guide us in our search. In no time at all, we had found our dream home!And that is when things got complicated…We made an offer, and ended up in a multiple offer situation. Matt helped us structure a competitive bid that kept the price within value and still pushed us to the top. We were thrilled when our offer was accepted over the others!And then things got more complicated…During the inspection, we learned that the house had hail damage and needed a new roof and gutters. The home was being sold through an estate, and one heir was in another state and the other heir was in another country. Communication was complicated by time differences, and the sellers were daunted by the repairs that needed to be performed. Matt worked diligently to find a solution that worked for both buyers and sellers. Once he helped us settle on a solution for the repairs, closing the sale from 3 different locations was complicated as well. Matt stayed by our side day and night until he worked through all of the intricacies and brought our home purchase to a happy conclusion.We found Matt to be steadfast, trustworthy, and honest. He will do everything he can to help you find and purchase the home of your dreams even when it turns into a complicated endeavor!

Such a great experience. Our house had a full asking cash offer price after 2 weeks listed with them! We closed in a month and the whole process was extremely smooth. Listing with the Burks is a little bit different then your typical listing agent. You work with an entire team instead of one agent, which has pros and cons. Pro, You have an entire team working to get your house sold! There are so many balls in the air and but they are a well oiled machine. Con, at first in wasnt clear on things, for instance I didnt know I would be speaking directly to the agents when scheduling the house showings, and at first that was a bit overwhelming because on the first day we had 6 showings and I overlapped a couple, lol, that sounds like a complaint but after I got the hang of it I actually preferred it. There were times I really wasnt sure who I was supposed to be asking questions to, so in those times I just called Michelle Clark, who was GREAT! She was always quick to respond and get me an answer right away. Michaela was another favorite, she is soooo sweet. The entire team really is great, everybody is extremely nice and helpful and they really have the best customer service. I have already recommended and plan to keep recommending The Burks Team to anybody selling a house!

I loved that the Burks team work as a true team and every one of them was on top of their game. I am very practical and when I had practical questions I got honest responses and good in-depth feedback.Having this feedback made it easier to know what to focus on and what to leave alone. If you are in need of a realtor, Elliot Dupont from RE/MAX: The Burks Team is who you should trust! After moving 20+ times, I have dealt with many realtors, some good, some not so good. Elliot was by far the best I have every worked with; he is EXCEPTIONAL!He is professional and respectful when doing a house showing, in that he allows the buyers to look without hovering (you know what I mean - the realtor who follows you everywhere and cannot let you look without them peering over your shoulder!).
