Sergio is very professional, informative, and communicates very well. He explained the process of buying a home from the beginning to the end. He took the time to gather information to understand what I was looking for in a home. He accommodated my schedule to show me the houses I was interested in buying. He informed me of any foreseen obstacles to prevent any issues. The issue that did come up, which was out of his control, he took the time to walk me through it. The process to buying the house, I now call home, took less than a month. His guidance on how to communicate with the mortgage lender was definitely valuable and contributed to closing on schedule. They have helped me purchase my first home in 2016, and three years later (2019) helped me sell my first home AND purchased my dream home! Selling and purchasing homes can get very stressful, but not when you have the right people helping you make the right decisions, and answering my one million text messages throughout the day and night. It got to the point I told Brenda, just tell me where to sign - this is how much I trust my realtor! Not to mentioned we closed on both homes the SAME day!
