Rebecca Williams made our experience with selling our home very enjoyable. She’s a lot fun to work with!From the initial interview with her we knew she was our realtor. She never made me feel rushed when I asked questions or expressed concerns. The photos she had taken of our home were AMAZING! The marketing she used brought our home a ton of traffic.We closed yesterday and Rebecca stayed with us and communicated with us about everything up until the end.I cannot recommend her enough. We will definitely use her again!

We contacted Rebecca to list and sell our home, not knowing her personally. From our very first meeting we knew we had found the right agent. Her knowledge of the market, professionalism and presentation, combined with her warm and bubbly personality, won us over. Once under contract, Rebecca kept us informed every step of the way and was always available to answer any and all concerns. If she didn’t have the answer she contacted someone who did. She made the process from listing to closing a smooth experience. Even after our move she went above and beyond by forwarding mail to us the post office missed. We have to say we have bought and sold several homes and working with Rebecca as our agent has been without a doubt the most pleasant experience! Rebecca is a former work colleague of mine, and my husband and I chose her to sell our property because I knew her to be honest, trustworthy, and a hard worker. I have to say she exceeded my expectations, as she dealt with the challenge given to her. From the snake she found at the front door when she first listed the property, to the tree that fell on the cabin during closing, Rebecca kept a positive and encouraging attitude which helped us cope with the challenge of having the cabin repaired and prepared for sale. Her knowledge and expertise as a realtor resulted in us receiving $10000.00 more than our original asking price when the property sold approximately a month after repairs were completed. If there is a contest for “Best Realtor”. Our vote goes to Rebecca!

When Rebecca transitioned to being a realtor I told her early on she would be our go to lady for our home search! Rebecca is the best realtor you can get. My wife and I were first time home buyers in the height of the market, so buying wasnt easy, but Rebecca stuck with us after many competitive offers and countless showings and got us in a wonderful property. If youre a first timer or not, shes a fantastic educator who will walk you through the process and explain nifty ways to make your contract look more appealing to a seller. I feel we owe Rebecca big time for all the hard work she put in for us and would recommend her to anyone. Her patience and work ethic are unmatched.

We had flown in from Illinois to spend a day driving around the area to look at homes. After a day of looking, we still had not found any homes that we felt would match our familys needs. With only an hour left, we reached out to Tamara, at TMB Realty, who, in turn connected us to Rebecca Williams. Rebecca had a home in Hideaway that had just been listed on the market 45 minutes earlier. She met with us on the spot and helped us put in an offer before the plane took off. Needless to say, it was our easiest, quickest home purchase of all. (We have purchased five homes.) When we stepped up to our home there was a beautiful doormat with Hello written on it. Then, as we walked in we were greeted by baskets of wonderful items---every essential a person could need. I dont know what Rebecca did, but the home and yard felt so welcoming, even more amazing then the first time we saw it. Not only this, but Rebecca made herself available by phone, text and email no matter what time of day. Even after we moved in, we have been able to call her to ask her questions about the area. She is personable, down-to-Earth and knowledgeable. We truly feel blessed to be in this home and this area and are grateful to Rebecca for helping us be here.
