Jeff Jacobs made selling our house seamless! He took time to meet with us, explain the process, give advice, and lead us through the process of selling our 20 year old home. 3 home purchases and 2 home sales over 12 years w/ Realty Town team--superior service and results with each! Jeff Jacobs has been a rock star when it comes to helping our family transition to new DFW homes when family situations dictate. Whether it’s down-sizing when the kids go to college, or finding a place with extra space for our mother-in-law, Jeff & his team have been there for our family at every turn.Our latest adventure (23) had Jeff showing us properties New Year’s Eve so we could snatch the perfect house off the market before a second showing. That was the easy part. Then the RT team guided us through a purchase first, sell later scenario that included low-ball offers, buyers who got cold feet, a roof replacement (Jeff had a great roof contractor on speed-dial), and finally a closed contingency offer for full-price. Rising interest rates and a cooling market couldn’t stop the RT team.We don’t expect to sell any time soon, but there’s no doubt we’ll call Jeff Jacobs & KW Realty Town when we do!

We first met Jeff Jacobs when my mother passed and he sold her house. Jeffs compassion for our family was present from day one (2013). He brought in multiple offers in a market were that was not typical. Shortly after, we moved from NY and Jeff found our first Texas home (2013). We werent sure where we wanted to live and he brought us to Stonebridge Ranch, which we loved and was our home for 6 years. Jeff then sold our house and helped us find a realtor in Georgetown. We are returning to the Dallas area and we asked Jeff if he could help us again. Here is what I can tell you about Jeff: 1) Jeff cares about his clients and puts them first. He continually asks questions and is always seeking information. 2) Jeff knows the Dallas real estate market inside and out, including new builds.
