We have used Steve as our agent for three properties in the past several years. I would personally never consider using another agent. Steve is extremely responsive and timely in his communication, he is a highly knowledgeable professional, with the experience to represent you in any real estate transaction. As a first time homebuyer, my wife and I were so fortunate to have Steve as our realtor. The process was initially quite daunting for us because it was territory we had never previously experienced. Steve was able to break down each step in an understandable way and he made us feel MUCH more comfortable. As we perused different builders and houses, his knowledge and perspective really allowed us to make informed decisions and he was always keeping our best interest in mind. He was always available for our questions regardless of the time and/or day and did most of the communicating with the seller, builder and title company for us. We definitely feel like we have perfectly blended quality, size and location all within our allotted budget and with all of our must-haves. My husband and I chose Steve Johnson to represent us in the sale of our home when we decided to list our Lakeway home (103 Mango Court). We could not have been more pleased with our decision to work with Mr. Johnson. Steve is the ultimate professional – highly experienced in his field, incredibly knowledgeable about the Austin real estate market and very trustworthy. He met with us in late October, knowing our deadline to sell our home and move was in mid-December. He thoughtfully and accurately assessed the condition of our home, suggested intelligent repair recommendations that ended up allowing us to sell our home for an added twenty-five thousand dollars! With Steve’s tenacity and diligence, he secured the perfect buyer and skillfully negotiated the smooth sale of our home in less than two months’ time. While Steve is friendly and easy to work with, he is also a man of integrity and delivers on what he says. We cannot praise his superior skills as an Austin real estate agent enough!

My wife and I bought our first house last year, and I literally couldnt be happier that we chose Steve Johnson as our realtor. He really internalized our interests and desires, and never wasted a second of our time trying to sell us on houses that wed have no interest in. He was always available to talk, and answer our (oftentimes profoundly stupid) questions, and genuinely made us feel like we were his most important clients. He also never pushed us into anything, or made us feel pressured to pick a place. in the end, he wheeled and dealed and got us the house we wanted for less than the asking price (in central Austin, in this market!). He also got us a new roof to boot! We now recommend him to pretty much everyone we know.

I worked with Andy as my apartment locator, and he was WONDERFUL! Even though my max rent was low which Im sure meant a lower commission for him, he was totally devoted to finding an apartment I would love. He brought me out to places on multiple days, followed up often by email and phone, and had some really valuable input and advice about how to make the decision on what to pick. Never once did I feel rushed, pressured, or like he just wanted to close the sale. He was super fun and friendly, totally honest about which apartments werent the best, and I could tell he just really loves what he does. Id highly recommend him to anyone!

Wow! What an unexpectedly great experience. I had Sean Kent and I really cant thank the guy enough. I needed a place ASAP. Contacted Realty Pros via a form late Saturday night explaining the urgency. Started chatting with him Sunday morning by email. By Monday morning I applied, but I needed to figure out the money order and deposit situation. Big issue was that I couldnt leave work. Sean offered paypal as an option and he will get the money order and deposit done for me. Sounded strange, but I trusted him. Sean came through. Application and fees submit by Sean in the morning. Accepted later in the same day. Truly amazing!

Stuart Feild helped me find the right house to buy. In terms of location, price, and property, I couldnt have done much better. He was patient, knowledgable, and friendly. He helped negotiate a sub-market price, partly because of a problematic next door neighbor, which caused me a modest amount of stress and indecision. Fortunately, Stuart provided a steady hand and guided me to the promise land. The neighbor was forced to move out before I moved in, so my timing was great. Extremely pleased with my purchase in the end.

I got in touch with Ananda on a Thursday and told him I need a to find a place ASAP in the Hyde Park area. I met with him on Friday and he had a whole list of places to check out that were perfect for my budget. We were able to go out and actually look at the properties right then and there, no waiting for a showing. I was able to move in on Saturday and it couldnt have gone smoother.
