I just closed on my first home with Raquel as my realtor, and she was the best choice I could have made! I was a ball of nerves the entire time, but Raquel always made herself available to answer my questions, and get information for me. Shes well-connected, and provided referrals for great professionals that helped the process move swiftly. She knows her stuff and it shows! Raquel helped us find a beautiful house here in Texas. We moved from Tennessee and she listened to what we were looking for and gave us numerous options. We chose a beautiful home on an acre and a half and are so happy here. We had some ruff times with selling our home in TN but Raquel was right there with us when we were finely able to move here to Texas. She is our rock star realtor. Raquel Sanchez, started off as our Relator and quickly became like family. Raquel sold one home for us and about a year later helped us find our forever home. It was tough selling our home and buying a new home because we are military and lived out of state. Raquel was so understanding and attentive. The home we purchased was a very important purchase because we were retiring and this was our forever home. We were so comfortable with Raquel because we trust her and knew she had our best interest at heart. It was like having one of your good girlfriends helping you make a VERY important decision and that meant everything to us. Raquel everyone deserves to have a Relator like you, especially those who are serving our country. Thanks so much for your hard work and dedication on both of our adventures 😊

Outstanding Realtor! Raquel drove hundreds of miles to show us 30+ homes during our search. She provided excellent suggestions, tracked down histories and provided comps for all properties we were interested in, all with a smile and relentless dedication. Once under contract, she provided multiple resources to help with home inspections and warranties. Additionally, she helped provide additional data to sway the home appraiser on our behalf. Finally, despite not being required,she sat through our closing to ensure everything went off without a hitch. We would not be in our wonderful home now without Raquels excellent service. If or when we move again, you can bet we will call Raquel above all others!

Raquel has been an amazing realtor, loyal advocate, and awesome friend! She never gives up and always fights for you! She stuck with us through thick and thin and almost 3 years of the home buying process. She would always check in, see how we were doing even if we weren’t interested in buying just yet, and then immediately jump in when we said we were ready again. On several occasions, we had to postpone our home buying process and she was always understanding and empathic to our situation. Because of her friendless, willingness to help us, and not being overly aggressive in getting us to buy when we weren’t ready, made us continuously return to her when it was time. We finally bought our first home a few days ago, and I can’t imagine going through it without her! She is a friend for life and a part of our family now! ❤️

Raquel was my first and only realtor i have dealt with! We lived out of state since my husband is in the military, we were not able to go house hunting and we knew nothing about buying a house, and that is where she jumped in, and was our best set of eyes and helped on every aspect possible!! She was able to give her honestly and open opinion on any house we looked at, and follow through in any cases of our choices if they were still available or not. She lived on the complete opposite part of town, and went out of her way to look at any house we asked her. She stayed in touched with us during our whole move, and i cannot ask for anyone else!
