In 2017 we decided to take a leap of faith and move to Texas! We found Randy by chance while we were still living out of state. We corresponded with him through email until we made our way to Amarillo where we final got to meet him. Randy is one of the best realtors we have ever worked with! Randy Astle was my realtor for selling my house in Amarillo. He made the process extremely easy and stayed in contact with me during the entire process. I was able to release the house to him for marketing on October 23, 2019 and on November 22, 2019 all papers had been signed and the new owner was able to occupy the house. Randy went out of his way to market the house and shoveled the snow off of the walk so that potential buyers did not have to walk through the snow. He also held a lengthy open house on the property’s first weekend on the market. Randy knows the real estate market, how to market and how to price property so that it can move quickly. I would strongly recommend Randy Astle for any of your realtor needs.
