    If any one has been to the county tax office to protest their property tax, I will not be surprised if the protest was denied. It’s a waste of time.     I have used this company for several years, and they have always done exactly what they said they would...fight to keep my property tax from increasing. Most of the time they are successful, and I pay a small fee. Only once were they unsuccessful, and I paid nothing. In 2024, they were successful at preventing my property valuation from increasing $75K and my tax appraisal from increasing over $30K. Their efforts are very much worth the small fee they charge.

    Working with the Rainbolt & Co Team was super easy and painless. After receiving my property value from the appraiser and it increased significantly I reached out via email and later that day received a call where they walked me through the process. All I had to do was fill out a few property questions and by mid July received an email they lowered my appraised value by over $20,000 back to the price I bough the house less than a year ago! Their fee was well worth the peace of mind and that fact that I literally had to apply minimal effort. Ill be using the Rainbolt team every year.

    The first year Rainbolt & Co got me a good discount in my Property Taxes. The contract stated that I would pay them only if I got a discount. Last year the discount they got resulted in an assessed value which was above the cap in Homestead. They charged me $ 470.28. I complained, and they showed an electronic agreement , with my electronic signature, as an acknowledgement that I was aware their policy had changed in 2022. I am payment the fee under protest.Amendment: My Rainbolt called me, and I explained my case, and he agreed that I was not well informed about the change concerning the cap value versus reduction in assessed value. He agreed to waive the $ 470.28 charge. Thanks Mr Rainbolt.

I replied to a mailing Rainbolt had sent me and they got me a $54,000 reduction in property taxes.     I have used Rainbolt the past 2 years to appeal my property taxes and each year they have been able to lower my taxes. Rainbolt makes it very easy.     Ive been in my home for about 4 years at the time of this review. In this time my appraised value of my house has risen and I tried to fight the property tax items before but the city doesnt make it easy and it is too much of a hassle.     Im a CPA, but do not handle property tax matters... I think people should do what they are good at. Rainbolt is good at property tax, and had a very easy process. I called at about lunch time on the deadline for filing a protest after my attorney forgot to do it. John Rainbolt got the phone himself and promised the protest would get filed THAT DAY. I sent some pictures and comments about the house, to their team via email in the following weeks, and got a letter saying my property tax bill would be adjusted downward.     They were able to provide results. The communication was not what I expected though. Basically hired them on their website, responded to an email and several months later received an email saying it was done.
