We started thinking about downsizing from our big family home a few years ago. My husband and I had different thoughts on what we wanted or where we wanted to move to. Im new in town and Rachelle was recommended to us. Boy were we lucky. Rachelle is the BEST in the business. She knows the area, she digs for answers, and helps clients beyond the sale. Rachelle is AMAZING! I can’t recommend her enough to anyone in search of their next home or to sell their home. She is knowledgeable, personable, and overall just awesome. My husband and I bought our first home back in October. We can’t even begin to imagine what it would have been like without her. She helped us understand the paperwork, the in ands outs of purchasing a home, and what to watch out for. We had an awful experience with the lenders that worked with our builders but because of Rachelle we walked out with our keys in hand. Like I said, I can’t recommend her enough. -

I met Rachelle at an open house on the street where I would need to sell my uncle’s home. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. When time came to put home on the market, I immediately thought to call Rachelle. Rachelle was genuine and cared for me as I dealt with the loss of my uncle, in addition to making sure the home was ready for the market. Rachelle was quick with marketing and was always available to discuss any concerns. I feel Rachelle and I formed a friendship that will continue into the future. I highly recommend her. -

We highly recommend Rachelle! She is extremely knowledgeable about the town & around the area; knows how to stay on top of it. She is very experienced, patient and very prompts &quick. She truly wants you to find what’s best for you. It was just a matter of time when she found us our perfect home in one of our favorite neighborhood.I honestly mean it when I say it was pleasure working with Rachelle. She made all the procedural formalities and paperwork so very easy-breezy and hazel-free, that made so convenient for my Family specially during the tough times of COVID-19. Rachelle is the only realtor I have EVER recommended. She is professional, honest and cares deeply for her clients. When we sold our home quicker than expected (with Rachelle) she worked tirelessly to help us find a new one that met our very specific requirements (zoned to a particular high school). After searching every home in that area, there were none that I wanted to buy, she thought outside the box and went online to her realtor community to see if there were any homes about to come on market. With the speed homes were selling (we had already lost out on 2) trying to get a house before it hit the market was a great approach. Well she emailed me (at 10:00 PM!) two houses that were coming on the market within the next 2 days. We quickly rearranged our schedules and saw the homes...one of which we fell in love with and is the home we just closed on! When it came time to put an offer together, she developed a thorough, well thought out proposal for our review. She did her homework and more. She gave us sound advice, always thinking first and foremost about what was in our best interest, not what would get her the biggest commission. She stayed involved throughout the closing process (gave us a great recommendation when we needed a lender that could close our loan quickly), with the inspector, appraisal and title company. We spoke nearly daily for 3 months! She was an integral part of helping us find our dream home. My final thought about Rachelle - besides being a great realtor, she is an incredibly nice and kind person; I highly recommend her. -

The market was crazy in our price range! Rachelle made it easy for us. We started out slowly finding more and more houses that we liked in the right areas. And she would spend multiple hours driving back and forth to make sure that we would be able to see the house when it went on to the market. If you go with any other realtor you’re just wasting your time and your not getting the most from the best. Which Rachelle proved time and time again. She sat in a gas station parking lot multiple times to make sure that we got our paperwork and offer letters into the buyers before their deadline or first before anyone else. She’s hands down the best. -

Basically held our hands though the whole experience making sure we were comfortable with all our decisions. She also fought hard to make sure we got everything we wanted. It was great to work with Rachelle for finding a suitable place for rent in DFW Area. She was very helpful from the start of our conversation. She knew how hard it is to move from California to DFW area. She helped us all the way from the move till we moved to a rental in the DFW area. She is very knowledgeable with the trends in renting as well as home buying in the Dallas area. She gave so much valuable information about where to look for homes, the school district and the neighborhood. I do not think we would have found a good place to stay if we used another realtor. I highly recommend Rachelle for people moving from California to DFW area. -
