Rachael is a fantastic realtor. My husband and I had never been through the process of buying a home. We weren’t sure what to expect and she was there for us every step of the way. She made our experience wonderful! She was quick to respond to any questions and updated us frequently through out the process. She went above and beyond and came to us highly recommended and we couldn’t have been in better hands. She truly made our transition to homeowners a smooth one and we are very thankful!

I cant recommend Rachael enough!!! From the moment we started working with her, she was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and dedicated to ensuring a seamless home buying experience. The home buying process is daunting, especially for first time home buyers but she was always available to answer our questions, no matter how trivial.She truly went above and beyond, from arranging meetings with our construction manager at convenient times to negotiating FREE upgrades in our new build. Rachael advocated for us during the building process, ensuring the builder didnt take advantage of our lack of experience in the process. Thanks to her efforts, we have moved into our dream home, and the entire process felt seamless. If youre looking for a realtor who will advocate for you every step of the way, look no further!!!!!

My husband and I have been considering selling our home with Rachael for years. I really appreciate how patient Rachael was with us as we went back and forth before making a decision. She helped us through a tough seller market and we eventually got a great deal! She is very professional and responsive and not afraid to work through hard situations. Rachael was absolutely phenomenal and professional from that start. I am active duty and reached out to Rachael when i first found out in Korea that i would be moving to the Austin Area. Immediately even though there was a time difference Rachael was quick to respond both via email and phone calls so that she could better understand our wants and the situation we were in. Before even making it to Texas Rachael had built quite a good list for us to go through on potential houses for both buying and renting. Throughout the whole process she took great notes, learned what we liked and disliked and communicated very effectivately not only with us but all parties involved with our home buying journey. Upon working the deal on our house Rachael was clear and concise what we should expect, when we should expect a response and was very realistic never promising us with any kind of false hopes. Even after the house was closed on, Rachael continued to reach out to us and the seller to ensure things were still going well and ensure no issues had arisen. I would highly recommend Rachael to anybody I meet/know that wished to purchase a house in the Austin area or vicinity.
