    I give Heather Fields a 15 out of 10. She was very professional and informative. Walked me thru the whole process and answered all my questions. She has great ideas when it comes to buying and selling homes. And gets it done fast. Most houses are sitting on the market for a couple months right now.     Jeffrey Bracken of Pyron Realty made selling our McKinney Texas home seamless and very beneficial for my wife and I. We put our home up for sale at the end of April of 2022 and after letting our house stay on the market Friday through Sunday we had 51 showings and 29 offers, which included offers 30% more than asking.     My experience with Carlos Roca was amazing. He helped me relocate from WA to TX. He is very knowledgeable, professional and went above and beyond. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of anxiety and questions. Carlos always took the time to answer all my questions. He gave advice on helping me relocate and he cared enough to listen to my fears and concerns. I absolutely would recommend Carlos Roca as my real estate agent. Especially, if you are relocating from another state for work and do not know anyone in town. He was with us every step of the way. The best part was he found us a home that checked all the boxes and the home closed literally within weeks. My first home purchase could not have gone any smoother.

    We worked with Tom at the Pyron group from December 2020 through April 2021. He is very kind and easy to work with. He was incredibly patient with us throughout the entire process, which is so stressful and defeating in the current market. He never pressured us to jump on a house just to close the deal, and he was always very honest with us about his impressions with houses we toured. If our schedules didn’t align, he would go look at houses we were interested in and call us from there. We had him all over 3 separate counties trying to find something, and with every offer we wrote, he worked so hard for us. We finally found our home and closed on it in April, and we are so thankful to have had Tom helping us through it all. He is the only agent we worked with at the Pyron group, but he represents them so well that we would have no hesitation recommending him and the group to anyone we know.

    I’ve worked with Carlos for almost 5 years now, ever since I first moved into the DFW area.     Demry Miller went over and beyond being our realtor in such a hard market. Our previous realtor didn’t understand VA loans and pretty much said we wouldn’t “win” a house because of it. So glad we met Demry after that! He never lost faith and really gave us so many pointers and great input. If we ever move again we will use him as our realtor! Highly recommend him to be your realtor. Pyron has some good ones but he is the best!

    Demry did an awesome job for us, going through probably a dozen or so offers on different houses until we finally got one that accepted. He really was a lifesaver, as our previous realtor basically wrote us off and just stopped showing us houses, telling us that we wouldn’t get an offer accepted with a VA loan and not well over 10k above asking price. He was just as stubborn about being ok with being told no multiple times as we were, and it finally paid off. This will be our first home and he did a great job of helping us through every step of the way, making our offers better, and communicating with the sellers. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a home.

    Overall we were treated with kit gloves. The overall experience was a good one. Not everything went perfectly but it went very smoothly. Tom was always willing to meet us anytime to look at a house and did everything he could to help us find the house of our dreams. Even fighting for us when we got a raw deal on our offer not being taken. Deedy did her magic coordinating the details once we chose a house. I did have a bit of a bad taste here as the seller wasnt flexible at all and I felt I had to do all the giving. Then when it came to selling my other house; they got it sold and closed within the time frame I had as a target.This was a smooth transition for the most part except for 1 issue with communication but it was due to the Title company vs Pyron. Deedy helped with getting the issue resolved and pulled as many strings as possible to keep from delaying the closing.
