This review is long overdue! Ms. Ponttee is an outstanding agent who loves what she does - helping people get into homes of their dream with smile on her face. My wife and I are first time homebuyers and MS. Ponttee helped us tremendously throughout the whole process.Being a first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and Ms. Ponttee is always available to answer our questions and provided more details. She ensured that we receive every incentive the builder was offering, and that our concerns are addressed in a timely manner.Ms. Ponttee went above and beyond for us from the beginning to the end (closing) and she still continues to make herself available for any questions we may have even after closing. She is indeed heaven-sent and treated us like family. Words cannot express how grateful we are working with her during the whole process.Overall, Ms. Ponttee makes the home buying process an excellent experience for us and we are very grateful for having her as our agent. Ponttee was awesome and very helpful throughout the entire house hunting process. She is a great person and you can count on her to help you find that dream home for you. Not hoping to move anytime soon but we would definitely use her again. I recommend her to anyone who needs help finding your next home.

AWESOME!Ms. Ponttee was VERY patient, yet quick and persistent! I was having LOTS of trouble finding a home for me and my young daughter on my own...After working with Ms. Ponttee for about 2 WEEKS (Yes, that fast) I was approved for a NICE 2/2 duplex! Thank you very much! :) Highly Recommend!
