We were transitioning to the Denton area and were in need of a real estate agent to help us. We contacted a random agent who emailed us a questionnaire to fill out. Email it back to us and we’ll set up an appointment. We had asked local relatives if they knew of an agent who could help. Erin Pickard was given our number. While sitting in a fast food restaurant perusing home listings, we got a call from Erin. She suggested home visits the next day, where we looked at three really nice houses and made a decision on one of them.Sight unseen, Erin made accommodations for our viewings, gave us her insight into the house high and low points, helped with all our paperwork and connected us with the other agencies we needed to close on our new home.
