Phil is literally the best agent we have ever had- and we have previously owed a few homes and moved to a different state. His communication, professionalism and knowledge is top notch. He made our home buying experience actually fun and enjoyable when usually it’s a very stressful and dreadful time! Anytime I needed to call him with my anxious questions he was there to answer and guide us. He always went out of his way to make sure that one extra thing was taken care of. Phil has been a dear friend of mine for over 10 years; when it came time to move myself and my loved ones 800 miles away, I trusted nobody else! From start to finish, the entire process was as successful as Dark Side of the Moon. Add to that we were moving from a state that takes 60 days to close on a home and to a state that closes in 30 days, so we had a number of concerns that he reassured us on on a number of occasions.When I think back to all of the times we had to communicate virtually throughout the purchasing process and when he had to represent me hundreds of miles away in my absence, it really speaks volumes.My trust was with him 100%, and it will remain that way as I continue to recommend him to folks in my industry who are moving for similar reasons!
