I had the pleasure of working with Patrina White. She went above and beyond in helping me sell my old home in Houston and purchase the new one. & let me mention she put the old one on the market on a Friday and we received an offer by Saturday! She’s got skills. She was always prompt, professional and a great communicator. She spoke with me daily about where we were in each process. She made sure if I had any questions or concerns she was available day and night. Her energy is unmatched. Nothing but good vibes and positivity. She made it really easy to work with her which is important. Something that really stood out to me also is how we were moving to a new area and she made sure we knew others who were already there. We have a little community within the community already. Sucre Realty a GREAT company to work with. My Fiancé and I cannot speak highly enough of our experience working with Patrina White and Charles White as our realtors to purchase our first home! After our consultation we felt confident that we were in the right hands. We would never forget when Patrina stated “follow my lead.” We liked that we were coached every step of the way. We were comfortable asking questions and was provided with honest feedback. Especially as first time homebuyers you certainly want to work with a Realtor that is knowledgeable, professional, patient, dedicated and persistent. They have these key aspects.
