I would like to recommend Owner Finance Academy LLC because it is, in my opinion, one of the best Real Estate training Courses I have ever taken. I have taken several courses, earned my Real Estate License and Brokers License and this training is above and beyond anything I have ever taken. With this training you get amazing hands on support. When I found a house for consideration, Grant, the instructor and founder, went with me to do the presentation. As I observed him talk to the homeowner, I saw how he put them at ease and answered all their questions so that they were very comfortable in discussing the situation with their house with him. I saw how I could do it when I go out on my own. Owner Finance Academy, LLC is a one of the kind training because of the personal mentoring that is done with the students. There is a commitment to helping everyone be successful who have gone through their training program because all the bases are covered and the continued mentoring is available after you complete the course. You can continue to come to future courses at no additional cost. If you want to get into Real Estate Investing, this is a great place to learn how to do it! There is no need to feel afraid you cant do it...because they will be with you every step of the way to make sure you know how to close your transaction and be successful. You will love it!!

Owner Finance Academy is the reall deal for real estate investment training. The difference between this training and any other that I have invested in is that once you finish the training, Grant offers ongoing coaching and additional training if needed. He is very committed to seeing people succeed, so he is very generous with his time and attention. I also believe that the reason he is successful in his business is because he really does want to help people. On a personal note, I have known Grant for close to thirty years. I would definitely say that integrity is one of his finer qualities that he practices on a daily basis.

I took the training about a year ago. I have been in Real Estate for over 29 yrs and have Co-owned my own Brokerage for 19 yrs. I can honestly say Grants Training taught me things that I would have never learned working in the residential side of Real Estate. Grant walks the walk. I have had the opportunity to go out and learn from Grant first hand and he does exactly what he taught us in class. The best part in my opinion is that Grant always works to make any deal a Win, Win for both parties involved. This training was well worth it and I am on my way to building passive income for me and family.

Owner Finance Academy (OFA) this the best place to learn Owner/Seller Financing! The course instruction and the course material are the best! The “hands on” coaching is excellent!
