My family and I were PCSing from Japan to Barksdale. We got in contact with Rachel Bow via Facebook and right off the bat she was helpful, quick to respond, and flexible. Even with the 13 hour time difference, she got up at 5am and Facetimed us to get better information and to truly understand what we were looking for. She got to know us, and went out of her way to make sure we saw every possible home that fit our wants and needs. After we virtually viewed multiple properties, she found the perfect home and even thought outside of the box to hammer out a deal that had the seller cover some of the closing costs. She provided videos, pictures, facetime calls, text, emails and stayed connected throughout the international deal. Even after we moved in, she still reaches out to ensure we are settling in and enjoying the new home. All in all, we are thoroughly pleased with our experience and absolutely recommend! I needed to sell my house and connected with Jenny McCarty through someone we both know. I live in Florida so from day 1 she and her assistant Olivia Wells took care of everything! The house needed some repairs and updating. Jenny and Olivia took care of recommending a contractor and making sure all of the work was done. They even picked out the paint and countertop colors.The ladies were wonderful to work with keeping me up to date on everything throughout the process!! The house was listed on a Friday night and we had an offer/contract on Monday. I highly recommend Jenny and Olivia should you need to sell or buy a house!!

Kari, Olivia and Jenny did a phenomenal job during the search and purchase of our new home in the Shreveport, Bossier City, Haughton & Benton area. We live out of state so Kari did a walkthrough of new homes that we were interested in and did videos and put them on YouTube so that we could see each house in detail. Even while sitting on a beach vacation in St Lucia, we could look at the the videos she did and we could discuss the various pros and cons of each house.Pictures on line are a great way to narrow down the home search, but the videos Kari did added a whole new level to visualizing the layout and floorplan of each house. This really helped in the decision of which houses we actually wanted to go see in person.Kari and Olivia stayed in constant communication with us during the entire home purchasing process. Either text, email or phone call, they were always reachable and quick to respond to our questions.They helped us navigate all the unknowns from buying a house while we were out of state.Their suggestions and guidance were so valuable.Jenny met us during the final walkthrough of the house and ensured that everything that was identified during the home inspection was taken care of or coordinated with the builder.The entire team worked together to make our home purchase come true. The home buying process was made as easy as can be and this was the first time we ever bought a home virtually. I was hesitant about buying a home before being there physically and not looking at it, but Jenny McCarty and her team made home buying virtually almost as good as seeing it for yourself. Cha Ching!!!!!!!Jenny,Magan and Kari are rockstars!!!!!! They made what seemed impossible achievable.Jenny nailed the initial price point right on the head and exceeded our expectations. Her knowledge and confidence enabled us to feel confident that we were making the right decision and we leaned on her advise heavily throughout the process.Magan is a multi tasking wizard!!! When the buyers bumped the closing date on us and ultimately reduced our window from 3 weeks down to 3 days. She was on it!!! She was able to coordinate 5 contractors and expedite the repairs in order to meet the deadline. Simply amazing!!!Kari was so patient with us and was available to show us every house that tickled our fancy. Spanning from Ormsby to Bethany, she set them up and we knocked em down.Now we are gearing up to move into our next home and start the next chapter.
