My wife and I are currently living in San Antonio TX and needed a realtor to facilitate our home sell. We interview numerous realtors in the Killeen TX area, and they all had their limitations to what they were able to provide on our behalf. Mrs. Walker was the only realtor that was knowledgeable on current property/realtor regulations which enable her to give alternative solutions to our complex issues. Ms. Walker acted on our behalf in all matters concerning our property which included finding contractors, material cost estimates and taking her personal times to shop for major item upgrades to ensure we were getting the best price. She negotiated cost with the contractors to ensure we received the best price without losing quality and workmanship. She scheduled all the appointments/inspections and made sure all work was preformed to standard. Her attention to detail is second to none. Mrs. Walker knows what makes a house sell quickly; she kept us abreast on the current trends that buyers are looking for. She is an expert in all facets of the realtor profession. Mrs. Walker is a performance driven person who has a mission focus that will continually produce miraculous results. Mrs. Walker truly is a realtor extraordinaire who went above and beyond her duties to facilitate our house sell. Olympia was great! She answered all questions and ensured all things we needed were handled in a timely manner. Very professional and super sweet. Every step of the home buying process was explained (and reexplained kindly if needed to be). I highly recommend her to any and everyone, first time home buyer or not.
