Sal and Chris were one of three investors I had look at, and make an offer on, my parents house after their passing. What won me, and my sister, over was their kind hearts and they actually cared about our situation and walked us through the process of selling the property without being pushy or acting like salesmen. The other two investment companies were only interested in them selves and what was best for them. Completely opposite of Ohana Legacy Properties. I highly recommend using them.

I highly recommend Sal and Chris. I will say as a Realtor we come across alot of investors and I-buyers that are preying on people. Ohana is DIFFERENT! They are investors with heart, they truly care for their clients. Unlike traditional investors they take the time to listen, offer guidance, fair offers, and if they are not a good fit or if there is a better solution for the seller, they are honest about it. They do not chase the dollar! If you have a home to sell that needs some work CALL THEM FIRST!!!

The properties Sal rehabs are always well done and thought out.When working with realtors he is fair and communicates well.He has a solid team assembled to work quickly and the end result is consistent throughout all of his projects.
