Im very surprised at the reviews! I resided in one of their properties in Lancaster for 6 years. I never had a problem with Mindy Henderson. She worked with me when I communicated with her. Unfortunately for me at the time I was coming up on renewal I had lost that big source of income so naturally why would the company want to renew to me when they already know Ive lost the main source of my income..? I cannot leave a bad review to accompany that was not bad to me! Not only would I rent from them again but I would also recommend the company because I stated before the whole 6 years I never had an issue with the property manager. I think some people should take accountability and stop looking to blame others. Mindy was a good property manager and I have nothing bad to say about her. Be blessed!

I was terrified being as its our first time to move into a house, as weve only ever done apartments since my husband and I have been married. The team we worked with has been SO AMAZING! From Megan and Mindy to the handy man Chad... I am SO VERY IMPRESSED! If your looking for a reliable, honest and customer service centered company to work with... Look no further!
