I am very thankful for Ninebird Properties for helping one of my clients dreams become a reality. My buyer needed a house in good and ready to move in condition, at an affordable price, and I found ONE! Literally, this house was the only property in the entire DFW that was in his budget and that was beautifully remodeled. The seller, Mark with Ninebird Properties had received multiple offers and I begged him to give us the opportunity to buy it, otherwise my client would need to rent something else, but guess what!? HE SAID YES to US! and the rest just worked out great until closing day yesterday. Mark was honest, professional, reliable, fast to respond, and very easy to work with. I had a great experience doing business with him and my client is beyond happy in his new home.
