Nina is an absolute pleasure to work with! I’m a fellow Realtor with another brokerage and we recently worked together on a lease for a townhome in Sienna. I had a highly qualified client relocating from the East Coast. However, she was having trouble getting approved for a lease because she didn’t have much credit history. Although, she had a great income and a good credit score overall, the lack of extensive credit history was impacting her ability to get approved by landlords.When I reached out to Nina the first thing that impressed me was that she actually picked up the phone!
