We are so happy we got to work with Nicole when buying our new house! She is smart, organized, efficient, and no nonsense. We could rely on her to be totally honest and point out any potential issues we might have while we were looking at houses, which made me feel much more comfortable. I was anxious about buying a house, as I had never done it before, and Nicole was patient and kind, taking the time to explain everything technical to us and making sure that we understood the process. She was also always prompt and available to answer questions by phone. We spent several nights and mornings looking and she came and made it easy for us every time. Working with Ms Nicole was so worth thee wait. Our property we moved in was MINE In manifesting way lol.. she kept in constant contact with me if I had questions or concerns. She didn’t make me feel rushed or unqualified. My family and I only had 3weeks to move out & baby she worked as if she was in our shoes to get us in our new home. I trusted the process and kept transparency on the table. Ms. Nichole answers her email diligently & responds back in the same day. I really needed that because we had no time to waste.
