I found Nguyen Luminary Group this morning and with one quick phone call I was scheduled to meet with Kathy regarding my taxes this afternoon. She was incredibly kind and professional and went above and beyond to explain and answer any questions that I had. She has a lot of experience with insurances, tax, and real estate so if you need someone with expertise in many areas, Nguyen Luminary Group is who you need to call! My mother just came from Vietnam and I was looking for a good health insurance for her. I got recommended by a friend to Nguyen Luminary Group and I contacted Kathy for an advise. Best agent ever! Kathy is very professional and gave lots of clear explanation about health insurance and helped my mother to pick out the best insurance plan for her. Great service and I will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Unless I feel the need to complain about something, I generally don’t write reviews.However, since Kathy have gone above and beyond as an agent, I feel she deserve a honest review.I have been bringing my taxes to Kathy for the past two years. I noticed how thorough she was with all my tax forms and the amount of work that she put into my taxes, I was more than just satisfied. I don’t feel like I have to worry about my agent screwing something up like I did before I found Nguyen luminary. It’s the peace of mind that gets me to come back. I started to refer several friends to her because of the quality of work that’s put in.It was pleasant to know that she also does health, car, and life insurance, as well as real estate. Wow, talk about the Jane of All Trades.

My family and I just from outer state I’m glad we found Nguyen Luminary Group. As a newbie in filing taxes I didn’t understand how it all works thanks to Kathy who didn’t hesitate to take all the times needed to explain (multiple times lol). She also took care of our taxes, health insurance, and real estate. The service she provides is beyond good. Will definitely recommended to friends and family.

So several months ago I was in a hurry to find health insurance for my parent. Little did I know that I was near a deadline for enrollment. I started searching around on google and narrowed it down to several places. I made a few calls and after leaving a voicemail Kathy from Nguyen Luminary were one of the few that got back to me pretty quick. She informed me of the deadline and I told her my situation. Not only did she thoroughly ran a few quotes, but she also got back to pme pretty quickly with the quote.I admit, I’m not very knowledgeable about the different health insurance jargons, but Kathy explained it to me really well. I was able to find a health insurance plan that best fit my parent needs as well as mine. I have already contacted her about bringing in my taxes soon. I know I’m a bit behind but I’m happy that she was able to squeeze me in with her busy schedule and my crazy schedule. (Yes, I learned that Kathy does taxes as well as real estate) P.S Her little office is nice.
