After several real estate transactions in the last several years, it is clear there is a wide range of talent within the realtor community. She and her team excelled at all the services you would expect and those you would not normally consider.A great realtor isn’t just about opening doors or showings. To be really great they need to be honest and transparent about their advice. They need to help you navigate some of the contract pitfalls that are not readily apparent to the client. They need to have good relationships with other realtors to be able to provide more insight to the client. They need to have a network of financing providers, contractors, decorators, builders, plumbers, roofers, electricians, etc. They need to understand the latest interior design trends. They should have their own inventory of decorative staging items. They need to understand all the nuisances of a particular neighborhood and its surrounding environment. They should have some knowledge about home construction related to the time period of a particular home. They should be well versed in all the current marketing avenues/technology of the present day. They should also understand how the current market dictates negotiating between buyers and sellers.Mysti and team check off all these boxes and most likely many more.
